I paid a visit to Brazil Tocantins in the period of 8 to 17th October 2009, aiming to see the production facilities of PRIMAVERA IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO DE CEREAIS LTDA., a Brazilian company registered under Nr. CNPJ Nº. 00.184.444/0001-24 in the state of Tocantins.

Upon arrival a meeting with Mr. João Telmo Valduga the Secretary of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of the state of Tocantins  was held in their offices explaining the plans of the state to build transport infra-structure in the state of Tocantins and other development plans.

Mr. Moacir Vieira De Almeida, a partner and director of Primavera took me and his group round the state demonstrating the land and the facilities belonging to Primavera whereby we drove around 3000 km in the state of Tocantins.

This visit confirmed the ability of Primavera to produce soybeans and other products, they have 350,000.00 hectares of lands distributed all over Tocantins, they have the modern machinery for the production and the professional know-how and experience of over 50 years.

The most important factor which draws the attention is the security and gurantee of Primavera to be able to  deliver the contracted quantities to their clients as the property is spread all over the state. If one area faces problems it will not affect the other areas.  Also Primavera will contract only 50% of the planned production.
 

Agreement has been concluded to the point that I bought 40% of the shares of the company and I undertake the administration of International commerce for Primavera. The decision is made to use Portugal as the main liaison office to penetrate in the international markets.
 
The strategy is to build a chain of loyal buyers in Asia, North America, Middle-East and Europe. Primavera will establish representation offices for the company in these parts of the world in order to facilitate the communication with potential clients. This will secure delivery of the soybeans products in accordance to the established agreements and build confidence and strong ties with the clients in the area.

The production plan for the season 2009/2010 is to cultivate and seed 80.000 hectares to produce around 240.000 tons of soybeans for delivery to the clients in the period starting from May to August 2010.
The Primevera production of soybeans will increase the following years until they reach the final capacity of the owned land to produce 1 million ton. This goes hand in hand with the state policy to increase the production in the state of Tocantins from 800.000 tons at the present to 4 million tons in the near future.

We will approach potential investors to participate in developing the State of Tocantins as this will help with funds and give a high return on the investment.

The market experience demonstrates that houses which use stone in their construction are sold at a considerably higher value than those which are build using common industrial materials.

The demand for stone are increasing in Canada, USA, Italia and in North African countries.
